The new BCS-2 release contains a number of improvements based on customer suggestions and customer workshops.
Many new functions result from project-specific enhancements, which have now been incorporated into the BCS-2 standard products/modules with this version. The bugs reported by customers in the last 12 months have been fixed by us. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the pilot and project customers who have supported our support in recent weeks with comprehensible error messages and good suggestions.
We have released the new release in
- different environments (Windows 10, 32/64 Bit)
- with various scanners like Avision, Bookeye, Mikrobox, Plustek etc.
- and different application scenarios like document delivery, catalogue enrichment with OCR, retro-digitisation, indexing, etc.
tested. Even if software and therefore BCS-2 is never error-free, we can assure you that all found and known errors have been documented, analyzed and fixed with this release. If you have suggestions and/or find bugs, please send an email to support@imageware.de.
