With the MyBib eL Admin application, the MyBib eL installation can be completely administered via a graphical interface. Before the actual use, the user must identify himself via a login dialogue. Depending on the authorisation, the relevant administration level is then activated. Thus, limited administration rights, e.g. to check in documents, can be assigned to a user but without being able to create users. The user interface of the administration area displays the main groups of administrable objects (administration, repository, monitoring) in a tree structure on the left and a list of the respective associated objects in a table view on the right.

The following chapter describes the application according to the functions of the graphical user interface, as well as the menu commands and the main groups as administration, repository, monitoring and the administration interface. The general rights configuration is explained separately.
